All deliveries to a tenant's leased premises shall be made through the loading dock and utilizing the freight elevator. Access to the loading dock outside of normal business hours requires coordination through the Property Management Office. Please refer to After Hour Deliveries for more details. Passenger elevators are to be used only for the movement of people (no carts/dollies), unless an exception is approved by the Property Management Office.

Loading dock access to vendors is on a first come first serve basis for 15 minute access periods. Any deliveries requiring a longer access window should be coordinated through the Property Management Office.

The movement of furniture and other large bulk items is to be scheduled after 3:00 p.m. when the loading dock it typically less busy. All such deliveries must be coordinated with the Property Management Office at least two business days in advance.
