The standard building hours of operation for heating and air conditioning in the building common areas and service corridors are as follows, or according to your lease document:
| Monday through Friday: | 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. |
| Saturday: | 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
| Sunday: | None |
| Lease Holidays: | None |
Special arrangements should be made for any HVAC needed outside of these hours. All overtime HVAC requests must be submitted in Cove no later than 24 in advance for the requested time.
