The tenants of 1900 K Street enjoy the opportunity to use the Fitness Center at 1900 K Street, located on the lower lobby level of the building. The Fitness Center is for the use of tenants only. The Fitness Center includes an extensive cardiovascular equipment, integral weight training machines, free weights and full locker facilities. In order to obtain access to the Fitness Center, tenants need to stop by the Property Management Office to receive the Rules and Regulations and sign the Fitness Center Waiver Form.

The concierge manages requests from dry cleaning, concert tickets, limousine service, restaurant reservations and more. The Rooftop Terrace of 1900 K Street is available for informal use by the tenant during the work day. The Rooftop Terrace is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all Building Holidays. The Rooftop Terrace is also available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for use by tenants for special functions. Access is available to the Rooftop Terrace via elevator #6. Tables and chairs have been provided so that the Rooftop Terrace may be enjoyed. The access hours for the Kastle Reader on the roof are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
A new addition to the rooftop, The Retreat Penthouse Lounge features comfortable seating, some cool light features and nick knacks, and doors that open up to the Terrace, providing a relaxing haven for our tenants during their busy day. The Retreat Penthouse Lounge is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for informal use by the tenant during the work day, and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all Building Holidays. The Retreat is also available Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. for use by tenants for special functions. Access is available to the Retreat Penthouse Lounge via elevator #6. Kastle Card Access is required for entrance into the Lounge.
The Penthouse Conference Room, also a new addition, offers conference space for tenant use with state-of-the-art A/V technology and demountable glass storefront facade.
