Fitness Center
The tenants of 1900 K Street enjoy the opportunity to use the Fitness Center at 1900 K Street, located on the lower lobby level of the building. The Fitness Center is for the use of tenants only. The Fitness Center includes an extensive cardiovascular equipment, integral weight training machines, free weights and full locker facilities. In order to obtain access to the Fitness Center, tenants need to stop by the Property Management Office to receive the Rules and Regulations and sign the Fitness Center Waiver Form.

Hours of Operation  
Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Fitness Center may be closed at the Landlord’s sole discretion. Tenants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any closing, unless such closing is due to emergency repairs and maintenance. The Landlord reserves the right to adjust the hours of operation.

Banking & Brokerage
Fidelity Investments - The Washington DC investor center is located on the K Street side of 1900 K Street. The Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. The telephone number is 1.800.854.2832.

Concierge
A Classic Concierge representative is located at the front desk on the main lobby level. The concierge manages requests from dry cleaning, concert tickets, limousine service, restaurant reservations and more. A Classic Concierge representative recommends, plans, directs, answer questions, solves problems and much, much more. One Parking, Inc. - The parking garage entrance is located on the 19th Street side of the building. The main office number for One Parking is 202.223.0156. The phone number for the booth at 1900 K Street is 202.223.0156.

Rooftop Terrace
The newly renovated rooftop terrace with updated furniture throughout, several shade options, a large screen television and brand new landscaping is available for informal use by the tenant during the work day. It is but it is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all building holidays. The rooftop terrace is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for informal use by all tenants, and it is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all building holidays. It is also available Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. for use by tenants for special functions. Access up to the rooftop terrace is available via elevator #6, and Kastle card access is required to enter onto it.

Penthouse Lounge
As a new addition to the roof area, the penthouse lounge features comfortable seating, modern light features, various games and doors that open up to the rooftop terrace. All of this combined provides a relaxing haven for the tenants to enjoy during their busy days. The penthouse lounge is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for informal use by all tenants, and it is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all building holidays. It is also available Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. for use by tenants for special functions. Access up to the penthouse lounge is available via elevator #6, and Kastle card access is required for entrance into the actual penthouse lounge.

Penthouse Conference
The penthouse conference room, also a new addition to the roof area, offers conference space for tenant use with state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, as well as access to the rooftop terrace via a demountable glass storefront facade. The penthouse conference room, located through the penthouse lounge, is available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for informal use by the tenant during the work day, and it is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all building holidays. The penthouse conference room is also available Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. for use by tenants for special functions. Access up to the penthouse conference room is through the penthouse lounge, which is accessed via elevator #6.
